Beatrice Offshore Windfarm Limited

Beatrice is an offshore wind farm located 13km off the north east coast of Scotland, close to the Beatrice oil field in the Moray Firth.

The project has a combined capacity of 588MW consisting of 84 number 7MW Siemens Gamesa wind turbines.

The project benefits from a 15-year Contract for Difference (CfD) and long-term PPAs aligned to the expiry of the CfD.

The asset is operated by Beatrice Offshore Windfarm Limited (BOWL). The shareholders are Equitix Fund VI (16.5%), Equitix MA 19 LP (1%), SSE (40%), Red Rock Power (25%) and TRIG (17.5%).
