Andrew MunroDevelopment Director, Investments

Andrew Munro is a Development Director in our Investments team, based in Glasgow. He is responsible for sourcing, developing and leading investment opportunities on behalf of the business.

Andrew is a highly motivated investment professional whose passions lie in the delivery of social and environmental benefits from the infrastructure projects which Equitix delivers.

Since joining Equitix in 2012, Andrew has led the development of a variety of social infrastructure and renewables projects in the UK and Europe.

Andrew is an experienced Development Director with strengths in bid management, competitive dialogue, development management and social value delivery in infrastructure programmes. Since 2019, Andrew has also acted as Trustee on the Board of the Hub Community Foundation charity, a charity established as part of the Scottish Hub programme which has so far supported 10 charities in Scotland delivering funding of over £2m to date and benefitting over 2,000 young people.

Andrew has a BSc (Honours) degree in Quantity Surveying and is a qualified Chartered Surveyor (MRICS).
