Andy is a Director in the Equitix Investments team with a primary focus on greenfield infrastructure investments. He joined Equitix in 2008 and has over 20 years’ experience originating, developing and delivering infrastructure projects across the UK, Ireland and the Middle East.

During his time at Equitix, Andy has led and supported a broad range of investments across the social infrastructure, utilities and energy sectors. More recently, he has been responsible for managing investment activity within the Rakiza Fund, Equitix’s strategic partnership with Oman Infrastructure Investment Management, covering investments in Oman and Saudi Arabia. These include an industrial water utility serving the Port of Sohar, a state-of-the-art wholesale fruit and vegetable market in Muscat and a gas-fired cogeneration plant in Saudi Arabia.

Prior to joining Equitix, Andy held senior project delivery roles with Laing O’Rourke, where he was responsible for major infrastructure and construction projects including Heathrow Terminals 3 and 5 and Ascot Racecourse. Earlier in his career he worked for Norwest Holst (Vinci) in the UK and Downer-Zublin JV in Hong Kong.

Andy holds a BEng (Hons) in Civil Engineering and is a Chartered Engineer (CEng MICE).
