David ConlonManaging Director, Fund Management

Joining Equitix in May 2023 as Managing Director in the Fund Management team, David now heads the newly formed Private Credit team. Leveraging over two decades of project finance and credit experience, his primary objective is to lead Equitix’s expansion into the private credit space, whilst actively supporting the broader business and fund management functions.

In his previous role, David played a pivotal role in the success of a prominent listed debt fund. He was responsible for formulating and executing the fund’s strategy, managing daily operations, fostering investor relationships, and making credit investment decisions. During his tenure, he originated over £1bn in loans across 100+ projects, spanning 20+ sectors and various geographic locations.

David is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
