Michela is an Investment Director, based in our Milan office, focussed on the origination, execution, and structuring of infrastructure transactions across the Italian market.

She is committed to consolidating the company’s presence in the Italian infrastructure market and growing its reputation as a leading partner of choice in Italy, both as a developer,funder and active asset manager.

Michela joined Equitix in 2016 with the aim of creating the first European subsidiary of Equitix Management Services., as Head of Equitix Management Services, Italy until mid-2022. She then joined the Equitix investment team, after having consolidated a strong financial and operational experience in the infrastructure sector.

Prior to Equitix, Michela spent over 20 years in a variety of sectors from infrastructure to large-scale distribution, to manufacturing within complex environments where she oversaw the Finance and Controlling functions, holding multiple directorships. Michela began her career in EY, providing audit and advisory services to financial and industrial companies.

Michela has a degree in Economics from Ca’ Foscari University in Venice.
