Natasha RouseHead of Asset Management, GCC
Natasha Rouse is a director in Equitix Asset Management team who leads our Asset Management capability in GCC region. She is a senior executive with over 25 years of experience in infrastructure sector, covering transport, utilities, social infrastructure, oil and gas, logistics and energy.
Since joining Equitix in 2019, Natasha worked on flagship assets in transport and social infrastructure sectors, driving performance optimisation initiatives and distressed asset turnaround. She led the company’s social infrastructure portfolio of circa 200 assets in UK and Europe with combined AUM of £2.5bn, addressing the complexities and challenges of public-private sector contracts and advocating for strategic investment and restructuring where necessary to maintain service quality and asset financial performance. She is passionate about the importance of collaboration between public and private sectors and the essential role of infrastructure in driving economic growth and social change. Natasha plays an important role in Equitix’s portfolio-wide political and regulatory engagement on public-private partnerships with the UK Government and is a frequent speaker at industry events.
Natasha’s experience in infrastructure deals is extensive and dates back to early 2000s. She participated in some of the leading infrastructure PPPs in Europe. Her experience also includes work on oil and gas infrastructure (covering pipelines, terminals, and transportation), logistics, and major port infrastructure (including major terminals such as JNPT in Mumbai, and port of Colombo, Sri Lanka). Natasha has extensive international track record, having worked with clients in the UK, Italy, France, Germany, the Netherlands, USA, Russia, Bulgaria, Romania, India, Cameroon, and the countries of Former Yugoslavia. Throughout her career she has worked with both private and public sector, closely collaborating with co-investors, banks, governments, local authorities, and international funding institutions.
Natasha is a UK IoD Chartered Director. She holds an MBA from Henley Management College, UK and an M.A. in Linguistics from Samara State University, Russia.
