Paul WintersChief Operating Officer

Paul joined Equitix in September 2023 as the Chief Operating Officer (Corporate), bringing nearly 20 years of asset management experience to the team. Paul sits on the Board and oversees the Business Development, Marketing & Communications and HR teams.

Paul’s key focus for the business is in supporting the corporate functions to deliver excellence, through increasing efficiencies, streamlining processes and reporting and driving fund raising.

Prior to joining Equitix Paul spent over 14 years with BlackRock in London (including his time at MGPA which was acquired by BlackRock in 2013) most recently as the Global COO for the Real Assets business. Prior to this role Paul was the Global Head of Investor Relations for MGPA and then BlackRock.

Paul has a BA Honours from Manchester University in Town & Country Planning and is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
