Ted Frith is Managing Director, Capital Formation, UK and sits within the corporate team in Equitix, London.

Prior to joining Equitix, Ted worked for GLIL Infrastructure where he served as Chief Operating Officer and Chair of the Executive Committee for six years. Ted led the growth of the platform’s infrastructure investment fund to position GLIL Infrastructure as a major investor in UK real assets.

Ted previously worked at placement agent Campion Capital Limited as Executive Director, and formerly, at Aspect Capital Ltd where he was responsible for driving the growth of the European operations of the business. Ted began his career in investment banking and spent 18 years in capital markets with a focus on foreign exchange trading and risk management at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein and Citibank.

Ted brings over 30 years of industry experience in financial services and, most recently, with local government pension schemes and the UK’s National Employment Savings Trust.

Ted has an MA from University of Oxford in Chemistry with Quantum Mechanics.  He is a keen advocate for social and environmental causes and has been a passionate voice supporting pension fund investments into infrastructure assets.
