The North Yorkshire Waste project is a waste management PFI contract with North Yorkshire County Council. The project is fully operational, with a new facility constructed to deliver the contracted services, which commenced operations in 2018.
The operations and maintenance provider is Amey. Equitix’s managed funds owns 63% in the project.
