Rebecca CollinsManaging Director, Investments

Rebecca Collins is a Managing Director in our Investments team and is responsible for the origination and execution of investments across all Equitix funds.

She has over 20 years’ experience in project finance and infrastructure investment and advisory across a broad spectrum of sectors covering environmental services, renewable power and energy transition, telecommunications, transport and social infrastructure.

Rebecca is passionate about contributing to the UK’s decarbonisation and energy transition agenda through our investments and committed to ensuring that they are well structured to deliver stable returns for our investors. Since joining Equitix in 2011 she has played a major role in our investment in OFTOs, energy from waste and anaerobic digestion.

Rebecca is a member of the Equitix pre-investment committee, which scrutinises opportunities before submission to the fund investment committee, a member of the fund valuations committee, and serves as a board director on several investments. She is also part of the Rakiza investment team, focused on infrastructure investment in Oman and Saudi Arabia.

Rebecca was previously in Ernst & Young’s Lead Advisory team where she was a financial advisor on infrastructure projects and transactions covering offshore transmission, airports, roads, prisons, hospitals and schools.

Prior to this Rebecca worked at Arthur Andersen in the Specialist Finance & Business Modelling Group and Public Sector Audit where she qualified as member of the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy in 1999 (FCPFA).

Rebecca has a BA (hons) degree in Politics & Government from the University of Kent at Canterbury and a Postgraduate Certificate in Social Research Methodologies.
