Equitix strengthens its relationship with gbpartnerships group in preparation for the successful handback of PPP assets

Equitix is pleased to announce the broadening of its engagement with gbpartnerships group (gbp group) as a supplementary management services provider to encompass Equitix’s portfolio of infrastructure assets in the UK.

Gbp group will work in tandem with both Equitix, now in its seventeenth year and Equitix Management Services (EMS) – a team of 400 in total – to bolster the breadth of skills and resource in the Equitix platform and provide an elevated quality of care to the critical infrastructure assets Equitix owns and operates.

This strategic partnership aligns with the forthcoming handback period of PPP assets to UK Government and the coinciding shift in asset management priorities.  Both businesses have already worked together successfully, particularly within social infrastructure since 2018. Gbp group is the largest Managed Services Agreement Provider in the NHS LIFT (Local Improvement Finance Trust) sector in England, providing management services to 14 LIFT companies across England.

As a specialist property and estates company, it delivers estates consultancy, estates management and property development solutions to its clients with 80+ employees operating nationally across England.

In addition, it provides Director Services to Foresight on hub West and 11 Equitix owned LIFT Companies. gbp’s Consultancy and Development business works with the NHS and wider public sector providing strategic planning and business cases, performance and change management services, project management and development management. gbp group also acts as developer on certain projects, the latest being a large primary care centre in Edenbridge.
