Sol y Dunas Solar Farm

The Project consists of two PV plants, Casas de Don Pedro I (47MW) and Casas de Don Pedro II (36MW), located in Castilla-La Mancha (Spain) which have been operational since 2021. The photovoltaic modules are mounted on one-axis trackers. The project shares ownership of a HV substation with six other IPPs.

The project has a 9-year PPA with Shell Energy for c. 70% of the annual production, hedging most of the market risk until March 2030.

Equitix holds a 100% interest in this project.
