The concession consists of two flagship Hospitals in the city of London; The Royal London Hospital which is London’s largest Hospital as well as a leading, internationally renowned, teaching hospital and St Bartholomew’s which is Britain’s oldest Hospital and a specialist cancer treatment centre.

Construction of the hospitals began in 2006 and completed on time in 2016 with Skanska Construction. The Project has been fully operational since March 2016 and encompasses the provision of a wide range of services, including Hard FM, Medical Equipment Services, Radiotherapy Services and Sterile Services, all of which have been subcontracted to specialist providers.

The concession expires in 2048. Equitix owns 37.5% of the investment across various Funds.
