The Leeds Mental Health Assets consists of seven buildings on six sites and includes a full suite of facilities management services provided to the Trust via Interserve FM.
This forms part of a 28 year concession. The project company holds freehold title to five of the six sites and a 99-year lease on the sixth site. The sites are leased back to the NHS Trust.
Equitix holds 100% equity.
