Forth Health Ltd

The project is an 860-bed acute healthcare facility located in Falkirk, Scotland. The project reached full operational commencement in July 2011 and benefits from a 30-year concession with NHS Forth Valley.

The project delivers both hard and soft facilities management services to the site. Services are provided under a concession-length contract with Serco. All soft services are benchmarked every seven years to ensure value for money. The remaining services are provided on a fixed price basis.

Construction was undertaken by Laing O’Rourke. Equitix holds 50% of the issued share capital in the project.
